It was great to be asked to help educate the Summit’s (virtual) attendees on how Free-to-Play (FTP) games work – and about their increasing value to the US sports betting market.

In his presentation, Cillian briefly charts the evolution of FTP and SportCaller’s offerings. He then touches on some of the purposes of a FTP offering, be it customer engagement, a club sponsorship, or to activate a media partnership.

Our FTP games are dramatically improving player KPIs in the US, particularly in relation to lowering customer Cost Per Acquisitions, improving player return rates, and reducing service costs. FTP in the US is now considered as a standalone vertical, and one that is strategically very important in an operator’s marketing mix.
