SportCaller are Hiring – Business Development Manager

SportCaller is made up of a team of 11 in Dublin, 30 in Kyiv and 1 in Philadelphia! We enjoy creating and running the best Free-to-Play Games for the Sports Betting industry. We work closely with Paddy Power Betfair, William Hill, GVC, MoPlay, Lottoland and several others across multiple sports and countries.


We are now looking for the right person to join our Business Development Team, to work with existing clients and get out to meet others who might want to make Free-to-Play a successful part of their product portfolio.


The Role involves the following:


  • Developing strategy to grow the SportCaller business
  • Manage a pipeline of new Games with our Product Managers and Developers
  • Grow the business & deepen existing relationships with operators
  • Identify and target new opportunities to grow the client base
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts together with the Management team
  • Measurement and ownership of ongoing game and commercial KPIs
  • Build on SportCaller’s reputation as the leading provider of Free-to-Play Games with clients, suppliers and partners

Some, or all, of the below would help:


  • 2+ years of sports betting B2B sales experience
  • Attention to detail, numbers focussed and an ability to deliver on company and client expectation
  • Experience in presenting and making strategic recommendations
  • Understanding of Google Analytics
  • Ireland or UK based with approx. 5 days travel abroad per month
  • Enjoy, or at least enthusiastically tolerate, iGaming conferences
  • Get on with all stakeholders (Dublin, Kyiv, clients and suppliers)
